We want you to love your BREDA timepiece, but if it is not quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original packaging and tags must be intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Watch
Securely place the watch in its original BREDA box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective films and warranty cards are included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
